    SIGINT Product Reporter; Helpful skills include Tactical reporting, KLs/TACREPs and knowledge of systems used to produce them, T-Grams, Target Packages, Diversification within serialized reporting, Sensitive series (E-series, I-series, other cases of limited distro), SIGINT Assessments, SIGINT Summaries, Preparation of tearlines / sanitization.  



    Level 1:

    • 3 years TAR experience which must include:

    o Drafting serialized SIGINT reports – at least one vehicle: 

    Egrams 

    Igrams (Note: if they have done Igrams, be sure to specify this in resume; some customers require Igram experience!) 

    Squawks (our version of tweets)

    o Proficiency with customer reporting tools and basic target development resources.


    Level 2:

    • 8 years TAR experience; 2 years within the past 5

    • Level 1 skills plus: o Knowledge of more advanced SIGINT reporting policies and related processes (RFIs, sanitization / tearlines)

    o Ability to enrich reporting through independent research – demonstrated by experience with collateral databases, ability to incorporate classified collateral into SIGINT reports


    Level 3:

    • 12 years TAR experience; 2 years within the past 5

    • Level 2 skills plus: o Ability to discover reportable information independently within office work flows (i.e., “scanning” raw materials for potentially significant items) o Level 1 skills in a second LCAT


    Level 4:

    • 12 years TAR experience; 2 years within the past 5

    • 20 years overall SIGINT experience

    • Level 3 skills plus: Level 2 skills in a second LCAT
